Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup


This Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup is made in the slow cooker and full of cheesy goodness! I used just a few simple ingredients and it all cooked together in the slow cooker until done. 

Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 21 oz cheddar cheese soup (I used two cans at 10.5 oz each)
  • 14.5 oz petit diced tomates
  • 15.25 oz corn
  • 1 oz taco seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions
  • Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender. 
  • Remove chicken and shredded then add back to the soup. Mix well and serve. 
  • Optional: serve topped with shredded cheese and diced cilantro.
