Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup
This Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken Nacho Soup is made in the slow cooker and full of cheesy goodness! I used just a few simple ingredients and it all cooked together in the slow cooker until done.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
- 21 oz cheddar cheese soup (I used two cans at 10.5 oz each)
- 14.5 oz petit diced tomates
- 15.25 oz corn
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your slow cooker. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Remove chicken and shredded then add back to the soup. Mix well and serve.
- Optional: serve topped with shredded cheese and diced cilantro.
